A. The website is designed by our in-house design team.
Q. “I don't have a logo or brand, what do I do?”
A. Our design team will design a theme that matches your business or service so that you don't need a logo.
Q. “Can I use my own logo or brand?”
A. Yes...you can use your own logo or brand as long as you own the copyright to the artwork or source material.
Q. “Do I need a computer?”
A. No...you do not need a computer. We create the website for you and then publish it for the rest of the world to see.
Q. “How do I know what size website to have?”
A. The business homepage is a single page website, however it is designed so that it can be easily extended in to a full website. You don't need to worry about size to get started.
Q. “What information can I have on my website?”
A. Name of your business, logo and corporate identity, photos and images, address and location, contact details and general information about your business..
Q. “How long does it take to set-up?”
A. Once you have approved a design your website will be launched within 3 working days. It take approximately 3 working days to create and dispatch each new design.
Q. “Who will host my website?”
A. Your website will be hosted on our server as part of the package that you purchase.
Q. “Can I add extra pages?”
A. Extra pages can be added at any time and these are charged seperately. Additional one-off pages are charged at £40.00 per page.
Q. “What additional pages can be added?”
A. Any new page can be added, for example a Contact Us Page, Map Page, Location Page or any other.
