A. Yes...you can install your Email Letterhead on as many computers as you like.
Q. “Does it work on any email system?”
A. Email Letterheads are desined to work on Email Software that supports HTML Email. This includes MS Outlook and MS Outlook Express.
Q. “I don't have a logo, can I still have one?”
A. Yes...we will theme the letterhead to your business image.
Q. “If I print the email does everything print??”
A. HTML Email generally prints the same as web pages because they both use the same technology.
Q. “How long does it take to supply?”
A. Once the design proofs have been signed-off, the HTML Email is supplied ready to install within 3 working days.
Q. “Are there any ongoing costs?”
A. No.
Q. “How do you supply the HTML Email Letterhead?”
A. The Email Letterhead is supplied as downloadable link with installation instructions.
Q. “Can you get me a more professional email address like john@mybusiness.com?”
A. Yes...this can be supplied as an additional order.
Q. “Do you do discounts for suppying the whole company?”
A. Yes...this is supplied as additional signatures ave. £4.00 each.
Q. “Can I have an animated logo whith this?”
A. Yes...you can if you use a PC, but it is not supported on the Mac.
Q. “What is the increase on the data size of the email?”
A. The size of the email increases a little with the logo and colours included, however all graphics are optimised to minimise excessive file sizes.
